After graduating from A&M, I spent eight years with The Hartford Insurance. My first two years were as an underwriter in the San Antonio office, and the next six years were spent in Houston as one of their top sales reps in the country. In 2010 I began working for Hanover Insurance Group as a sales manager out of the San Antonio office. I was challenged with growing Hanover’s agency plant and book of business in the Central Texas area. During my time with Hanover we grew the territory over 50% in two years and I was named to Hanover’s Great Escape for the top sales manager per region.
