NHTSA, NLRB, and OSHA oh my! The agencies are ganging up

Small claim and the NLRB is looking at your operations.  Do not be taken aback when OSHA or FMCSA also come calling.  The NLRB has taken upon itself to be a central regulating authority.  The NLRB will now look at all the filings coming through them for OSHA and FMCSA violations as well.  If violations are found, they will forward them to the appropriate regulating agency for further scrutiny.
