What is the foxhole Award?  Its TCOR’s way of  recognizing that person who management would want in that bunker when the going gets tough!  Below is the Criteria:

Is willing to endure long hours and difficult conditions

Sacrifices personal time and interests to complete jobs and achieve objectives

Is quick to respond when another team member or department needs help
