Fatigued Driving: Just Don't Do It.

For those of us that are on the road quite a bit or others of us that are on it sporadically for an extended time, driver fatigue is something we all face.  As the article, “Reducing Driver Fatigue” states it contributes to over 100,000 crashes each year, 40,000 injuries, and 1,550 deaths.  Also included in the write-up are some simple quick tips on how to avoid driver fatigue.  The most important one is to get a full night’s rest.  If you’re tired, you’re probably too tired to be driving.  Just wait, get a full night’s rest and go the next day or another time.  Your life and those lives around you are much more important.
